For certain ring styles we are able to laser engrave a custom graphic of your choice. Your purchase will include a non-refundable $50 service for the extra processing required to prepare your graphic for our laser as well as the laser engraving itself by one of our expert technicians. The list of all rings that are eligible for custom graphic engraving are available in the second photo. Unfortunately we cannot extend this service to any other style rings.
To make the purchase, please first confirm that the desired material, color, width, finish, and size are available below and type this information into the text box before adding to cart. After your purchase, please email customer support with your order number and custom graphic. Ideally, the graphic should be black on a white background. We are not able to engrave any color other than black (all rings tungsten and ceramic), or silver (all tungsten rings only). Graphics with multiple colors will be converted to black and white. The graphic should not be too detailed for the best results. While our laser beam has a 0.02mm precision, your unaided eye does not and you would not be able to make out the detail, especially on the smaller width rings. The end result is just going to be a mass of black and an unhappy customer.
Your ring, though custom, will be fully eligible for exchanges and lifetime warranty. For returns, a non-refundable $50 will be deducted for the cost of processing and engraving your custom graphic.
