
If your Timeless Tungsten purchase does not meet your expectations, you may return the item in its original and unused condition within 45 days after the purchase date for a refund or an exchange.
You do not need to contact or notify us to make a return or exchange within the 45 day return period. To make a return or exchange, please fill out the RMA form provided with your order and send it back with your item to the address indicated. If you have lost or misplaced the form, please contact Customer Support.
After we have received your returned item, you may elect to receive either a full refund (excluding shipping charges) or an exchange. See below for more details on our refund and exchange policies.
If your return was a verifiable result of our error (incorrect or defective item) and you have notified us within 45 days after the purchase date, we will provide a return shipping label for you to send back your item. Otherwise you are responsible for all shipping fees incurred.
If your return or exchange was received beyond the 45 day return period, your return or exchange will be not be accepted and you will be responsible for all shipping, packaging, and handling fees incurred in order for us to return your item back to you.
Refunds
Your refund will be issued within four weeks upon our receipt of the returned item. However, in most cases you will usually receive your refund much more quickly. The time period for a return includes the transit time to return the item (5 to 10 business days), our time to process your return (3 to 5 days), and the time it takes your bank or credit card company to process the refund request (5 to 10 days). We value your patience during this time.
Rings that have undergone alterations or customizations including engraving are not eligible for refunds.
Refunds cannot be given on any shipping charges incurred. Shipping charges are a one-time fixed cost for us and cannot be recovered.
Exchanges
An exchange can also be made within the same 45 day return period from the date of purchase. If the ring does not fit and you want a different size, you may exchange it for a new size of your choosing. If there are any special circumstances, please don't hesitate to contact Customer Support and we will do our best to assist you.
Rings that have undergone alterations or customizations including engraving are not eligible for exchanges.
Exchanges will require shipping to be purchased again. Please follow the detailed instructions on the RMA form for more information. Basically, purchase shipping and write the new order number on the form along with the desired size. Then send the item and form back to us using your courier of choice.
Restocking Fees???
We do not charge restocking fees on returns or exchanges provided the item is returned in its original and unused condition. Don't worry, we have never charged a customer even once for this, but please be reasonable. If we are reasonable, we expect you to be reasonable. Otherwise, expect a restocking fee to be determined at our discretion.
Shipping
Unless the return or exchange is a result of our error (incorrect or defective ring), you will be responsible for all shipping fees incurred.
International Customers
International orders are subject to the same 45 day return window and policies. Whether you need a return or exchange, please treat everything as a return to simplify shipping. Fill out the RMA form marked as return and send it back to us. Otherwise we would have to collect a variable shipping fee based on your country in the case of an exchange.
