All of our rings are made in the USA using only the highest standards, practices, materials, and craftsmanship. We are so proud and confident in our rings that we offer an industry-leading lifetime warranty on every ring you purchase from Timeless Tungsten.
If your ring ever cracks or breaks from accidental damage, we will replace it for free. Contact us at any time and we'll work with you to confirm the defect.
If your ring is no longer being manufactured, we reserve the right to substitute it with a similar style. We are not responsible for any sentimental value of the original ring.
Alterations or customizations to the ring, except for engraving, will void the warranty. Any engraving that has been done will need to be redone either through us or through a third party at your expense. This is because engraving is offered as a service at a one-time fixed cost to us.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, including scratches. While our rings are highly durable and scratch-resistant, they are not scratch-proof. Nothing is. Even a hard diamond can be cut.
Lifetime Re-Sizing
Due to the extreme hardness of our tungsten carbide, ceramic, and cobalt chrome rings, they cannot be resized like traditional gold or platinum rings. So if your finger size ever changes, you will need a new ring. Because of this limitation we offer a lifetime re-sizing warranty. If you ever need a new size, contact us and we will exchange it for as long as you own the ring.
